Owned and operated by an outfitter, we know how hard it can be for you to juggle all of your business needs, maintain contact with your clientele and continue booking your activities while you're in the field. You're busy being an outfitter, let us help you with everything else.
We are building a network of the best companies within the outdoor industry. Outdoors International screens all potential members for quality and customer service. As an Outdoor Partner, you will have access to our network of Booking Agents, a professional web development/graphic design team, video production etc.
- What We Do:
First and foremost, Outdoors International is a traditional Booking Agency. We have a network of Booking Agents to promote your operation at shows, word of mouth, online, with mailings etc. Our base-booking fee is 15%. Some Outdoor Partners have us handle additional services above and beyond brokering trips, so for them; the booking fee is adjusted accordingly. We prefer to have one of our Booking Agents experience your operation so we can better understand how you work and be assured of quality and customer service. This person will usually be your contact, allowing you to build a relationship with your broker and not have to talk to a different person every time you have questions.
Our Web Development Team will work with you to add your operation to our network. This will allow our Booking Agents to promote your operation and can include any information, photos and video you may have. Many of our Outdoor Partners post montlhly stories and/or information to the Outdoors Intenational website*. If you choose to take advantage of this, your story will be submitted via RSS Feed (BLOG) to our subscribers and in addition, the best stories are sent out in a monthly eNewsletter.
- Booking Activities Within the Network:
By joining our network, you will also have the option to broker any trip within our network. This has proven to be a popular aspect of our program for all who choose to participate.
As a member, you are able to market a wider variety of activities to your existing customers. With our strict quality and customer service guidelines, you will never need to worry about recommending one of our outfitters to your people. The base-booking fee is 15%. The selling broker receives 10% of this booking fee. That is you if you book one of your clients on a trip with another Outdoor Partner. If another Outdoor Partner or Booking Agent books one of their clients with you, then they will be compensated just the same. This is a great way to market your activities and create more profit for your business without expanding your current operation.
- Example:
Lets say you own a white-water rafting company in Idaho. Now let's say one of your rafting groups are avid bird hunters and are discussing a pheasant hunt in South Dakota. They ask you if you know of a good outfitter, and you recommend another of the Outdoors International members. They book and you collect a 10% commission for your troubles. Now that's great, but the really good part is when that South Dakota Outfitter starts sending his clients your way. It's a win-win situation for everyone involved.
- Graphic Design, Web Development and Hosting:
Membership gives you access to our professional team of graphic designers and web developers. We can handle anything from creating a professional logo for your business to a high-end, custom website. Our team can also optimize your site for placement in the major search engines (SEO) and help you with other forms of online marketing. We can take care of your email and hosting needs as well as help you with brochures, print and magazine ads etc. Hosting for all of your websites can be included in your membership as well. Whatever your promotional needs, we can help.
- Video Production:
Outdoors International has a strategic partnership with a video production company for any of your video needs.

- Membership into our growing network of Outdoor Parnters and Booking Agents to promote your operation
- Ability to submit a monthly story (BLOG) about your operation that is broadcast to potential customers*
- Website hosting can also be included**
*We reserve editorial rights to any information posted on the Outdoors Interantaional website.
**Hosting includes: Unlimited Websites; 150 GB of Space; 1,500 GB Transfer; 25 MySL Databases; Unlimited Email Forwards
***We reserve the right to remove Outdoor Partners as well as Booking Agents from our network at our discretion.
