I thought the same thing. I have since learned that this hunt was with Hunts of Hopes and Dreams who provide hunts for the terminally ill. So yes, it was behind a high fence, but it's still cool what they're doing and it is a whopper of a buck no matter where it came from.

Congrats, nice buck. I am wondering if a hunter is passing on 190″ typical deer then this hunt I’d clearly not fair chase and hence won’t be any kind of world record, but nice buck either way.
